About us
Mark went back into full time education and qualified as a Sports Therapist at the end of 2003 after returning from playing Rugby in Western Australia. 
He initially worked with the West Indies Rugby League team before going on to become Manager of an Injury rehab gym and running the Exercise on Referral scheme for the York and Selby Primary Care Trust.
In 2007 he launched Body-Fix Boot Camp and Sports Therapy where he worked offering Sports Therapy Treatments and Fitness sessions up until 2020 when the pandemic forced closure of both premises.
In 2021 under the new Tiger Sports Therapy brand he started working from his new treatment room in Whitwood, Castleford just off junction 31 of the M62.
